In a finance group, because the business grows, you just improve the number of zeros to the numbers in your spreadsheets, not headcount. There is more paperwork, but you hire A/P and A/R clerks to deal with that. Bottom line — you won’t get to participate within the firms development the same as folks within the enterprise units.
